Orders and Shipping
Shipping Methods
Packages are delivered via standard postal services (La Poste or equivalent) or an independent carrier, to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of the order.
On request, we can arrange delivery with specific carriers such as Chronopost, UPS, DHL, or another service of your choice. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm available options.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are included in the total order amount, automatically calculated based on the shipping method selected and the total value of the order.
Processing and Delivery Times
Ambergris Europe commits to processing orders within 5 business days from the day following your order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. These are indicative only, expressed in business days, and based on typical processing and delivery durations.
In the case of a pre-order, the Buyer acknowledges that the delivery time may be extended. An estimated delivery time is displayed on each relevant product page. This timing depends on production volume and product availability.
Delivery delays do not entitle the Buyer to any compensation. Ambergris Europe cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or force majeure.
Receiving Your Order
The Buyer must check the conformity and condition of the items at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt.
This verification is considered complete once the receipt is signed by the Buyer or an authorized person.
If the packaging appears damaged, the Buyer must inspect the items. If damaged, the Buyer must refuse the parcel and write on the delivery note:
"Parcel refused because opened or damaged".
Returns
The Buyer has a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return all or part of the order without justification. A full refund will then be issued.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, who must ensure the parcel is properly returned.
Free Exchange (Mainland France)
The Buyer may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. This must be requested by email at: contact@ambergris.eu
Ambergris Europe will send a prepaid return label by email. The Buyer must print and attach it to the parcel and drop it off at their local Post Office.
The parcel must be carefully packed with the delivery note inside. If lost, please contact us for a replacement.
Customers outside mainland France: a prepaid return label cannot be provided. The return must be made at your own expense to the following address:

Upon receiving the returned package and completing quality control, if the item is available, it will be reshipped free of charge within mainland France.
For reshipment outside mainland France, shipping costs will apply and must be paid by the Buyer via a payment link sent by email.
Any further exchanges after the first will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Refunds
The Buyer may also request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order. The request should be sent to contact@ambergris.eu.
Ambergris Europe will send a prepaid return label (its cost will be deducted from the refund amount) for returns from mainland France.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and returned in their original, complete and undamaged packaging.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or has been worn extensively will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Such items will be returned to the Buyer at their own expense.
In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made, personalized products, and magazines cannot be returned.
